2008 FEE SCHEDULE
  • Please contact us for pricing on your next custom home (or builder's spec) design.
  • Stock Plan Modification - Major changes from $.75/ft; minor changes performed at an hourly rate of $125.00. Please call us for your modification quote.
  • Artist's renderings - $425 and up

*All fees are based on the total covered area of the home, and may change accordingly with the varying degrees of work required.

*All printing is charged at the rate of $0.35/per sq. ft.
