 Now that you've selected your home plan, you can add an artist rendering as a final touch. We will custom design a rendering with the colors and materials you choose to fully illustrate your dream home.
Our artist will create a one of a kind rendering based on the selections that you provide. Once the process has begun, you will be presented with a preliminary "sketch" of the home for your review. Next, the rendering will be finalized with pen and ink. Should you order the color rendering, watercolor will be added to give the rendering a polished look that truly is a piece of art. Upon completion, you will recieve an 8x10 photograph print of your home, and a CD with the versions of the rendering that you selected. The files on the CD will be at high resolution, which gives you the option of getting additional prints (of varying sizes) made. Builders will find this useful for producing sales and marketing materials.
